Mockup License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all mockups, Photoshop Actions, PSD templates, and related digital assets (“Assets”) provided through this website.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Assets, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Assets.

1. What You Can Do (Allowed)

With a valid license, you may:

Use the mockup to create unlimited end-visuals for yourself or your clients.
Use the outputs for commercial projects, including client work, ads, presentations, websites, books, and printed materials.
Modify, edit, or customize the mockup files to fit your project needs.
Deliver final flattened outputs only (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.) to clients.

You can use the mockup for unlimited projects, as long as only the licensed users are the ones who open or edit the PSD/ATN files.

2. What You Cannot Do (Not Allowed)

You may NOT:

Resell, share, distribute, or transfer the source files (PSD, ATN, templates) to anyone who is not licensed.
Upload the mockup source files to any shared server, shared drive, or team cloud where unlicensed users can access it.
Use the mockup to create competing mockups, templates, or products.
Claim the mockup itself as your own creation.
Selling, renting, transferring, or trading account access

Accounts found to be resold or abused will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. License Types

3.1 Solo License (Solo 365 & Solo Lifetime)

Permitted Use

Licensed for one (1) individual user
Use in unlimited personal and paid client projects
Commercial use is allowed

Restrictions

Files may not be shared with others
Account access may not be shared
Assets may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or transferred

3.2 Team License (Up to 3 People)

Permitted Use

Licensed for up to three (3) people within the same team or organization
Assets are downloaded by the primary license holder
Downloaded files may be shared internally with up to two additional teammates
Use in unlimited client projects is allowed

Restrictions

No account or credential sharing
No sharing outside the licensed team
No resale or redistribution of Assets

3.3 Agency License (Up to 5 People)

Permitted Use

Licensed for up to five (5) people within the same organization
Assets are downloaded by the primary license holder
Files may be shared internally with employees or contractors working on agency projects
Use across multiple client projects is permitted

Restrictions

Files must remain within the organization
Contractors may only use Assets while actively working with the agency
No redistribution, resale, or marketplace use

3.4 Single Purchase User License

Each purchase grants a license to one user (one person).

If more people in your team need access:

Add-On 2 Extra Users: +$10
(Optional) Small Agency 5-User License: upgrade price or custom option

Each licensed user may install and use the mockup files on their own devices.

Example:

1 designer –> buy 1 license
3 designers –> buy 1 license + 2-user add-on
5 designers –> agency / multi-seat license

4. Commercial Use Clarification

“Commercial use allowed” means:

You may use the Assets in paid client work
You may present finished visuals to clients
You may use Assets in marketing, advertising, packaging, books, and digital products as part of a design service

“Commercial use allowed” does not include:

Reselling Assets as standalone files
Including Assets in templates, bundles, or asset packs
Uploading Assets to stock marketplaces or file-sharing platforms

5. Client Use

Your clients do not need a license as long as:

You do not give them the source files
You only send them the final flattened visuals

6. Account & Access Control

Licenses are issued to the original purchaser only
Accounts are non-transferable
Excessive or suspicious activity may result in review or suspension
The Licensor reserves the right to restrict access to protect intellectual property

7. Termination

The Licensor may terminate this license at any time if the Licensee violates this Agreement.
Upon termination, all rights to use the Assets cease immediately.

No refunds will be issued for violations of this Agreement.
