REFUND POLICY
Product Download
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed almost immediately (automatic) but could take as long as six (6) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads per link, we will not tolerate download abuse such as sharing login details. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
Refunds for Digital Download Software
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

Unacceptable Refund Circumstances:
Whilst we make every effort to provide customer satisfaction, due to the nature of the software, there are circumstances where we are unable to offer a refund:
1. Customer changes their mind after purchase
If after payment were made and access given to Member Area, you decide you no longer want the product for your own reason, we cannot offer a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the mockups / templates are suitable for their needs.
2. Failure to check compatibility requirements before purchase
Before purchasing any Cover Actions Premium’s software products, user are resposible to first check and ensure that their Photoshop versions, language and computer operating system is compatible with our software, and that they will be able to meet all minimum system requirements. Do check and try out first our FREE MOCKUPS (freebies) before making any purchase.
3. Operating system upgrades/changes after purchase
If a customer upgrades or change their Photoshop version or languange version to other than our specified Compatibility & Requirement such as to a operating system that is no longer compatible with the our software, we cannot offer a refund.
4. No technical issues in the software
We are unable to offer a refund in circumstances where the are no technical issues with the software itself. If you are having technical difficulties with the software, our support team will work with you to try and resolve these issues.

Processing Payments
Payments made on Cover Actions Premium website are processed by PayPal payment processor. All payments are secured, and any personal information entered during payment is private.
We have no record, view or even a slightest access to your bank account, debit card, credit card details. Any personal information that is collected during a transaction is done so with the sole purpose of completing your order securely.
