Digital Product Delivery
All Cover Actions Premium products are delivered via instant Internet download.
Once your purchase is approved, your order is processed automatically—usually immediately, and no later than one hour. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email serves as your purchase receipt and includes instructions to access your downloads.
To ensure fair use, all downloads are monitored. While we allow a reasonable number of downloads per purchase, abuse such as account sharing or redistribution is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Refunds for Digital Products
We stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us.
However, due to the digital nature of our products and instant access after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Change of mind after purchase
Refunds are not issued if you decide you no longer want the product after access has been granted, regardless of usage. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Compatibility or system requirements not met
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify software compatibility before purchase, including Photoshop version, language, and operating system.
To support this, we provide free trial mockups for testing prior to purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility that could have been identified through these trials.
3. Lack of use or unused access
Refunds are not provided for products that are unused, partially used, or not downloaded after purchase. Access to digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
4. Operating system or software changes after purchase
Refunds are not available if issues arise due to changes or upgrades to Photoshop versions, language versions, or operating systems that occur after purchase and fall outside our stated compatibility requirements.
5. No technical fault with the product
Refunds are not issued where the product functions as described and no verifiable technical defect exists. If you encounter technical difficulties, our support team will assist you in resolving them.
6. Violation of license terms or misuse
Refunds are not available if access is suspended or terminated due to violation of our License Agreement, including but not limited to account sharing, redistribution, resale, or abuse of download access.
7. Accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or pricing expectations
Refunds are not issued for accidental purchases, duplicate orders, failure to apply discounts, or dissatisfaction with pricing after checkout.
8. Expectation mismatch or subjective dissatisfaction
Refunds are not provided based on personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction, or expectations not explicitly stated on the product page.
Billing & Payment Security
All payments on the Cover Actions Premium website are securely processed through PayPal.
We do not store, access, or have visibility into your bank, debit card, or credit card details. Any personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process your order securely and deliver your purchase.
